Stephen Carlson
President & Founder
A licensed Mississippi home builder with over a decade of experience on the Gulf Coast, Stephen founded Coastal Contracting after settling in the region with his wife Cherie and son Nicholas. He blends traditional building methods with modern techniques, and is passionate about educating homebuyers so they can make informed decisions. Known for integrity, quality, and meticulous attention to detail, Stephen and his team actively support local charities including the Mississippi Humane Society and Pink Heart Funds.
Cherie Carlson
Co-Owner
Cherie works closely with Stephen on the company's major decisions, from designs to marketing strategy. Her insight into the customer experience, her passion for touring homes under construction, and her creative eye make her invaluable to every project Coastal Contracting delivers.
Tannaz Amin
Architectural Designer & Drafter
An architectural drafter with a portfolio spanning multiple states, Tannaz translates client visions into meticulously detailed designs. Her philosophy: every design tells a story. She collaborates closely with clients, architects, and engineers to craft spaces that inspire and connect — featured in Gulf Coast Woman Magazine.
Dustin Saucier
CFO
A U.S. Army veteran with two combat tours in Iraq, Dustin brings finance, construction, and technology expertise to Coastal Contracting. He streamlines operations, ensures financial stability, and leverages technology — from IT infrastructure to AI-driven solutions — to keep the company operating with precision.
